He is experienced in a wide range of ENT surgeries including : Endoscopic sinus surgeries (FESS), extended sinus approaches including DCR, transnasal pituitary surgeries , Microscopic ear surgeries: tympanoplasty, ossiculoplasty, mastoidectomy, stapedectomy, facial nerve decompression Phonosurgery, video-laryngeal surgeries Head & Neck surgeries: benign & malignant lesions, thyroid / parotid surgery etc.
Has authored 40+ publications in national/international journals. Active in teaching and mentorship: served as Professor, Associate Professor in Armed Forces Medical College (Pune), Army College of Medical Sciences (Delhi), teaching postgraduate students and exam
