Dr. Vivek Prithviraj Soni is a distinguished Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and Orthodontist with over 38 years of extensive professional experience in dentistry, maxillofacial surgery, and academic leadership. He has served as Dean, Vice Dean, and Head of the Department at the University of Mumbai and Dr. D.Y. Patil University, guiding postgraduate students and leading academic research in dental sciences.

Dr. Soni has contributed significantly to dental education and research, helping develop synthetic bone substitutes, micromotors, and laser devices for maxillofacial surgery. His research also includes innovations in bone plate design, jaw deformity correlation, and bite force measurement. Has successfully performed and supervised thousands of oral and maxillofacial surgeries throughout his distinguished career.

He is a prolific academician, examiner, and postgraduate guide for several universities across India, including University of Mumbai, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Gujarat, Goa, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Himachal Pradesh.
