Dr. Shashikant Mhasal is a highly experienced ENT surgeon with over 20+ years of expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of ear, nose, throat, head & neck disorders. Throughout his distinguished medical career, he has been associated with several prestigious medical institutions in Mumbai and has held multiple academic, surgical, and leadership positions including Professor, Associate Professor, Head of Department, Assistant Professor, Registrar, and Junior Resident.

Currently serving as Professor (Additional) at HBTMC & Dr. R.N. Cooper Hospital, Dr. Mhasal has extensive expertise in advanced endoscopic ENT surgeries and minimally invasive procedures. His areas of special interest include endoscopic skull base surgery, advanced endoscopic sinus surgery, tympanomastoidectomy, microlaryngeal surgery, stapedotomy, sleep apnoea surgery, and head & neck cancer surgery.
